As of October 1, 2021, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has increased prices for certain services. It has also started a slowdown in mail delivery across the country, especially for first class mail. Plus it is the start of the holiday season so there will be delays there, too. Sorry but this is something that is way beyond my (or any other seller's) control. I try to mail out packages same day or next day so please be patient with me, the post office, and slower delivery times. Thanks!!
New WW Weight Watchers 2019 FREESTYLE POCKET GUIDE/Weekly Tracker AND instructions. Never Used.
Pocket Guide (5 3/4" x 4.0") lists foods with ZERO points, the top 100 tracked foods, and FitPoints values!! (Best used for the Blue WW plan.)
WW came out with the three different color plans of blue, purple, and green in 2020, the year AFTER this pocket guide came out. It follows what is now considered the BLUE PLAN.
This Pocket Guide is a 16 page booklet and has a Zero Points page that you can tear-out, fold, and carry with you in a pocket or purse.
(If you are looking for a more comprehensive list of foods with points values, I recommend buying the Dining Out + Shopping companion book.)
Tracker (5 3/8" x 3 1/4") is for 7 days: track what you eat and drink; track your activity.
All of my items are from a smoke-free home. Also, my home has been pet-free since March, 2021.

I reserve the right to void any auction if EBAY experiences an interruption of service (power outage, downloads, updates, etc.) the day the auction ends, especially in the last few hours of the auction.
