maintain my seller fees per sale,
advertise my listings,
pay to ship the item you purchase (sometimes at a rate higher than what I charge my buyers)
maintain the stock (or quantity) I invested in (time and money) and inventory that I have listed (even though it's not much yet but I plan to have a daily average of 100 active listings at the end of each day by next week, 150 active in two weeks, 200 average daily active listings up for sale in 3 months, and to keep increasing my expectations of my store as time goes on). I do have about 5 times the inventory in stock to sell but I intentionally list it up little by little versus all at once because my priority is sales of what is already listed and ensuring that my past buyers will continue to check out my page and continue to do business with me for years to come).
Please do not ask me to make you an offer. I have already done so the day I created this listing and added a "buy it now" price (which is the consistent format of 90% or more of my listings).
If you submit an offer that I accept and you don't pay immediately:
Your order is subject to cancellation
You are subject to an unpaid item case after failure to pay for 4 days (or any updated rules that follow eBay's guidelines) after your offer is accepted
Being blocked from future purchasing from my page on eBay
This does not apply to buyers who have asked me to give them time to pay that includes a set deadline specifying the date and time I should expect to receive payment.
Refunds and Returns Policy:
As of July 1st 2021 (
whether it was purchased before or after this day)
, anyone who receives an item that is damaged will not receive a partial or full refund unless they do the following:
Buyer must submit 2-5 photos of the broken or damaged or incorrect item Buyer must submit a photo of the item used to ship their purchase (for example: shipping bag, box, or bubble mailer). If there is any dents, rips, or water damage on the
outer
packaging-you must send a photo that clearly shows that.
If your package had any labels indicating that it is a fragile item, you must include that in your third photo.
The buyer must send a photo of the shipping label that is legible.
Buyer must submit photo of the packing materials used (bubble wrap, saran wrap, shrink wrap, air pillows, newspaper, packing paper, foam, egg cartons)
Buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) along with its original packaging and packing materials with a verifiable tracking number.
Failure to return the purchased item before the return deadline of 30 days from when the order was originally paid for will result in the buyer not being granted a refund.
You will not be refunded for the original shipping expense (if applicable-for buyers wo paid for shipping).
You may be responsible for return shipping.
Partial refunds on a purchase price will not be granted
You must inform me within the first 24 hours of receiving your package that there is an issue with completing steps 1-9.
Buyer will only receive a refund for trackable packages to the original payment method 6-72 hours after the tracking indicates that I have received it.
All returns will be inspected thoroughly before a refund is initiated. If there are missing contents, you will not receive the full refund but you will receive an explanation.
If you are sending multiple boxes for a single order number then you must add all tracking numbers on eBay or send them to me in a message.
Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse unless you pay for the return shipping, pay for the original shipping expense (if you had free shipping) and pay a restocking fee which varies on a case by case scenario. Restocking fees do not apply if you have submitted evidence of receiving an item not as described.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for international sales
