VTG. Rally Rallye honda pencil sharpener made in Germany mini motorcycle helmet. Condition is labeled as used but it is near new condition . I believe it is from the 1970’s but not positive. Has some wear and tear form sitting around for years and being shuffled around but overall in good used shape. Thanks for looking and have a great day.
