Vintage Signed “By Gale” Glass Rhinestone Brooch And Earrings “Set” 1950s

RARE Vintage Signed “By Gale” Silver Tone open work Rhinestone Brooch and Screw back Earrings “set” from the 1950’s. By Gale, was a NY jewelry designer and manufacturer of limited production, often not signed, very fine costume jewelry. This brooch has large, medium and small glass prong-set rhinestones with an open work silver tone design. All stones are clear, sparkly, and present. The earrings have the same prong-set small and large glass rhinestones as the brooch in a similar open work silver tone setting but the silver metal on the earrings is braided. That’s why I’m calling this a “set”. Not sure if these were made as a set but they go together beautifully and have the same “look”. The brooch and one earring are Signed on the back with the designer’s crown hallmark and “By Gale”. The metal and stones are all in excellent condition and the pin clasp works perfectly. Brooch measures 2-1/2” wide and 1-1/2” tall, each earring is 1” tall by 3/4” wide. Ships promptly with USPS first class mail.
