Vintage Pencil Sharpener w/ Flicker Dog Image - Made in Germany 1960s

Description

This is a very neat vintage hard plastic pencil sharpener that was made in Germany. It is shaped like a ship's wheel and has an image of a dog and it's actually a flicker image that changes when you move it at different angles. It is not marked Germany but "
DBGM
." It measures approximately 1.5" in diameter and is in very nice condition, no cracks or chips. It is from the 1960s.
