    VINTAGE NATIONAL BISCUIT CO. "STRAIGHT ARROW BANDANNA" 1949 RADIO PREMIUM. Used Original.
    Vintage Rare Straight Arrow Bandana Radio Premium, 1949, Original, in good condition.
    It is used, but its never been used for anything but to look pretty. I got this new in 1949 from The National Biscuit Co, as a premium from their Radio Program, “Straight Arrow”. I never wore it or carried it, just left it folded and in a drawer for 15 years until I got married and moved out. Since then it’s been folded and kept in a shoe box with assorted other radio and TV premiums. It is complete and has great graphics. I note that printed on one corner is the statement “Guaranteed Fast Color” which is true. It hasn’t faded or run – its also never been washed. The bandana is about 18’’ x 18’’. Look at the photos taken this week to learn all about this bandana, which I’m giving up after more than 70 years.
