Vintage Enamel Lighthouse Brooch/Pin (Zarrah?)

Description

This is a nice enamel pin with a lighthouse, beach house, sun with flying bird.  Bright colors in excellent shape.  Although it is unsigned, it appears it could be a Zarrah piece.
