US Schenkl Shell Frags CSA Artillery Position Camp Letterman Gettysburg

Very nice set of US Schenkl Shell frags recovered at a Confederate States artillery position South of Camp Letterman (Behind Current Giant Supermarket) at Gettysburg. These shells would have been from return fire from Union cannon trying to take out the CSA cannon in this area. These frags were recently discovered in an old cigar box with the diggers description in Gettysburg. Very nice grouping of relics all dug in this location. We will be listing a few more items from here later this week.
