Safety Guard is designed to enable persons to iron with optimum safety. The Safety Guard is an ironing aid that has two White Polyethylene Rods that surround the edge of the Iron and act as a Guide for the free hand while protecting hand from burns and 3rd-Degree wounds. Metal body that Rods attach to is Black in color. Guard attaches and detaches quickly and easily to any Iron.
Just hand loosen the two knobs in front by twisting them to the left a little to loosen. Next, slide the Iron Guard out horizontally to fit over your Iron snuggly. Lastly, hand tighten the Iron Guard by twisting the two knobs in the front to the right until snuggly tightened. Take care not to over tighten. You are now all set to safely iron garments. To detach, use the same steps to install; Instead of fitting over Iron, simply remove guard from Iron.

TRACKING INFO:
Your Order will require a Signature when it arrives; Please have ID handy on delivery day, as most Carriers will want to complete deliveries quickly and move on to the next. We recommend once You receive the Tracking information for Your Order, You sign up for that Carrier’s FREE tracking service. For the FREE USPS Tracking service, it can be found on the USPS tracking page, via the ‘Text & Email Updates’ link. Click the ‘Get Updates’ drop down box, then select the ‘Text & Email Updates’ link. Once signed up, the Carrier will send You an Alert straight to Your Phone or electronic Device each time Your package moves within the USPS network.
DELIVERY DAY:
We recommend You inspect Your Order on same day of delivery, to meet the 11:59 PM, same-day Deadline to notify Us of any problems You may have had with Your delivery and/or item(s).
DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
If Your shipment arrives damaged, take photographs of the damage, in the presence of the Carrier, while focusing on holes, rips, breaks, tears, severe dents, severe dings, and a shot of the entire damaged packaging along with shipping address label from Us to prove it’s the package (and carton) We shipped to You. Next, REFUSE the shipment and have the Carrier return shipment to Us. Note, DO NOT let Carrier carry damaged package(s) away BEFORE You take photographs, as this very important step would put Your Claim at risk of being delayed or denied. Finally, contact Us , submit a summary of what happened, include the photographs You took of all damages including entire package with shipping address label, and We will start the Claims process. Note, no decisions will be rendered until We receive the returned package/merchandise. After inspection of the returned damaged package(s)/merchandise, any and all missing items and items with missing parts will be totaled and deducted from any Refund amount until it is determined who took the missing items. If the Carrier lost the items, they will be responsible for the reimbursement. If the Carrier can prove they did not lose the items, the Buyer will be responsible for the missing items and no reimbursement will be forthcoming to Buyer, as we have a no-returns policy. In an occurrence where item(s) is set to be damaged out, some may feel inclined to take some items/pieces, etc., but doing that will compromise any return, refund or exchange. Attention to Buyers, in a discrepancy, have the Carrier take package with them rather than leaving package in your home. If items were lost on their watch, you may be held responsible.
ERRORS & MISTAKES:
Generally, items will come in a sealed, plastic wrapping. When checking your items once they arrive, it is important NOT to open any items which may be incorrect, damaged during shipping, not as described, or have an issue not brought to Your attention in our listing. If this occurs, You must NOT open the item(s) whatsoever, as item is visible through the sealed plastic wrapping. Do NOT break open the sealed plastic wrapping around the item in any way, as You will alter the state of the item and void any opportunity of a Return, Exchange, or Refund.
MISSING DELIVERY DAY:
If You miss the first delivery attempt, the Carrier should leave You a ‘Sorry we missed You ...’ Notice with instructions. You may contact Your local Post Office or visit USPS.com, to reschedule a redelivery of Your package. This is a FREE service and should not cost You anything to have Your package redelivered. If using Carriers FedEx or UPS, You can contact the Carrier via their Website, Telephone (1-800-Go-FedEx / 1-800-Pic-kUPS), to reschedule a redelivery of your package. You may also choose to pick up Your package(s) at Your local Post Office or, if using Carriers such as FedEx & UPS, their local Customer Service Center to retrieve Your package(s). If using Freight, you would be furnished the Tracking Number, Telephone Number, and all Information for you to contact the Freight Company to complete your delivery at time of SetUp.
COMPLETING DELIVERY:
Receiving and retrieving / picking up packages is the last step to completing Your Order. IMPORTANT! The local Post Office, FedEx, and UPS only hold packages for a limited amount of days before returning to the Sender; so please be vigilant in picking up Your packages. When using a Freight Company, it is important to keep in touch with them to ensure a smooth delivery, which is your responsibility, as the Freight Company will want to deal with the Recipient once shipped.
BREAKING RULES / INCURRING FEES:
Should Your Order be deemed as undelivered / non-deliverable and Returned to Us, You will be charged: A Order Cancellation Fee in addition to any and all other Fees incurred; A 25% RESTOCKING Fee on the dollar amount of items being returned; A 50% RESTOCKING Fee on the dollar amount of ALL Designer items, Jewelry, and Electronic Products being returned; and we reserve the right to never sell to You (or anyone at Your address) again. In addition, any shipping costs, including related Fees incurred by Us to ship to You, will also be deducted from Your Transaction Total PRIOR to issuing any Refund.
SHIPPING METHODS:
If not requested from the Buyer, We strive to ship the most economical way, so as not to cost our Buyers too much in shipping, when available. We generally ship via USPS with Insurance, Signature, and Tracking. If requested, We also ship through FedEx and UPS which also have their own set of charges and fees. In the case of Items which are too large or heavy for the typical Carriers, Freight options may be explored.
We ship via the foregoing options in the 48 contiguous states within the USA at this time (please review previous paragraphs). We ship Internationally to some Countries via Ebay’s Global Shipping Program when available. We are currently exploring options to expand shipping to other Countries which are not in the Ebay Global Shipping Program and will update when a decision is made.
For all international shipments, We are NOT responsible for paying Tariffs, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees, Penalties, nor any other related Fees / Charges imposed at the destination location; All such fees and Charges are the responsibility of the Buyer, and paid by the Buyer. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to ensure Their item(s) are authorized and cleared to enter their Country prior to Ordering — so Buyers please know Your Rules & Regulations regarding Imports. Should any restrictions or special requirements be placed upon item(s) at the destination location, they must be addressed and handled by the Buyer. Should any such special requirements / restrictions be applied, We are not responsible; Nor will We be responsible for: a) Restrictions / Special Requirements; b) Delays; c) Item(s) stuck in Customs; d) Buyer unable to retrieve item(s) from Customs; e) Buyer never receiving item(s) due to a Customs Block / Seizure; f) Item(s) Lost in Customs while awaiting Buyer to resolve Import issues; Nor will We issue any Refunds for the aforementioned. We expect ALL Buyers to KNOW what Can / Cannot enter their Country; and We will also pass on to the Buyer, any and all Fees / Charges we may incur relating to Your Shipment, including but not limited to: a) Our standard Order Cancellation Fees; b) Restocking Fees; and c) Any Fees / Charges imposed by Carriers.
PAYMENTS & PROCESSING:
All payments are processed through PayPal only at this time, and Orders will only ship to addresses on Your PayPal account — No Exceptions. Please ensure Your information is current, updated, accurate and properly displayed in PayPal; Be sure not to leave out Apartment Number, Suite Number, Unit Number, Floor Number, Building Number, Department, etc. Your ‘Ship To’ information MUST match the information shown in Your PayPal account; or, Your transaction may be cancelled, at which time You will be sent an email. Note, We have nothing to do with Your PayPal account and cannot make any changes to your PayPal account whether you authorize it or not — You need to make those changes Yourself; and We prefer those changes are done and confirmed by You prior to placing Orders. We will also not accept any addresses you offer Us in which to ship Your order if it is not displayed and confirmed in Your PayPal account. WE DO NOT DROP SHIP! You must receive Your Order at Your address and ship it Yourself. We also WILL NOT SHIP Your Order to a different at Your address — it must be address to You.
CANCELLATIONS:
We reserve the right to cancel an Order when information submitted does not match PayPal or You submit an incorrect name and/or address. We reserve the right to reject and/or cancel any Order at any time should We encounter any discrepancies/issues during the Order processing/verification process.
FRAUD & LAW ENFORCEMENT:
Should we suspect/encounter fraud, scams, or other criminal acts, You hereby grant Us permission to share any information with Law Enforcement and any other relevant Parties/Agencies about You, Your Order(s), and any other Transactions We deem relevant to aid in their investigation.
