The Hobart LXi Series consumes only 0.74 gallons of water per rack and controls cost with every wash. Lower cost doesn’t mean lower productivity. The LXi takes just two minutes to wash ware, handling even the busiest times.
The LXi is also equipped with low-chemical alarms. It knows when it needs detergent, rinse aid or sanitizer, and immediately sounds the alarm—both visually and audibly—when it runs out. Its touchpad controls are simple to use, easy to read and water resistant. The LXi has a delime cycle with an optional notification capability that makes it easy to delime and keep the machine running efficiently.
Constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, the unit is built to last. A heavy-duty stainless-steel door provides for solid closures and unsurpassed durability year after year. Its dual upper and lower stainless steel, non-clogging, debossed wash arms deliver high-pressure water to clean stains off your dishware every time.
As little space as it takes up—just 24" by 26-1/2"—it has a large 17" door opening. With convenient access from the front of the machine, the LXi is easier to service. There is no wasted time and lost production moving the machine from under a counter to service it.
Fresh water rinse with a built-in 70°F rise booster heater. This allows an incoming water temperature of 110°F.
