Fagor is a sub-brand of the Onnera Group, a globally-recognized manufacturer with 8 production plants on 5 different continents. Simply put, these Fagor Dishwashers are durable, reliable, very well-designed and have features of premium units but without the premium price tag.
The EVO Concept PLUS line is fully USA Commercial Sanitation compliant via its ETL Approvals (meets NSF standards) and was designed to maximize energy efficiency, water efficiency and user friendliness. The build quality is excellent with a full T-304 stainless steel exterior and full stamped stainless steel interior for easy cleaning. These units all include the IPX4-Proof feature which provides stronger protection against water hose cleaning and external humidity.
The Effi Wash feature comes standard and maximizes the efficiency of the wash cycle by ensuring consistent temperatures along with the proper hydraulic action to reduce chemical usage and maximize productivity. The Soft Start feature reduces noise by ensuring glasses and dishes from moving inside the rack when turning the unit on. The Digital Controls display the temperature and allow for very intuitive user-friendly operation.
This particular unit includes a WATER PRESSURE PUMP - this is specifically designed for locations that have low water pressure and is the main difference between the CO-502W and COP-504W models. This is part of the Effi Rinse feature which assures 180F rinse temperatures at the proper pressure to guarantee sanitation standards are met. This model also offers a Multi-Power system that allows it to run off either 1 or 3 PHASE 220V power - if connected to 3-Phase Power, it's production capacity can be increased from 30 up to 37 racks per hour.
This unit also includes stainless steel wash and rinse arms as well as a rock counter-balanced door with double spring and stainless steel hinge system to be able to withstand more than 360,000 openings. It also has the Effi Silent system with double-skinned body to reduce noise and better insulate against heat loss. Finally it offers a Multi-connection Box for easy wiring and maintenance checks.
While connected to 3-Phase power source, this high-temperature unit is designed as an undercounter dishwasher that can clean 37 of the 20in x 20in size racks per hour, making it able to clean 925 dishes or 1332 glasses per hour. It includes a built-in drain pump, detergent and rinse aid dispensers and a pressure gauge. The wash pump produces 3/4hp and the unit uses as much as 6500W of total power via a 220V THREE-Phase connection (unit can run as little as 3700W if connected to 1 Phase power).
It offers 3 wash cycles, ranging in time between 90, 120 and 180 seconds. It consumes only 0.63 gallons of water per cycle and has a maximum loading height area of 15.25 inches. It runs at less than 65db and measures 23.625W x 23.625D x 32.75H. Includes 1 all-purpose flat rack, 1 peg rack and 1 cutlery container.
