- Once you have made your selection, I will make up to 3 revisions based on your input.

What do I need to do to get started with having you create a custom logo?
It's simple! Select the 'Buy Now' option, make payment to Paypal for .00 for each logo you want created. I will contact you asap via email to confirm your order, plus discuss your specific needs to get things going.  It is important that we open up a dialog as soon as possible so we can discuss what you want in your design.

How long does it take to create my logo?
That depends on the logo, but usually in 2 - 5 days.  I will keep in contact with you in all steps along the way.  What I don't do is rush the creative aspect of designing your logo. I like to do is consider your type of business then let the creative juices flow. Once I have some ideas that I believe you are looking for, I'll email those to you for your review and consideration. Once you choose one entry from the three, I'll offer 3 revisions of the one entry so we can tweak it even more. Once completed, I'll email you final images as outlined here.

Who owns the logo?
You do! Once you are sent the final selection, the logo becomes yours and you can do with it as you like. I will release any ownership to it.

How do I know you will do a good job?
I believe proof is in the examples I offer online. Plus I can an email you more examples if you like. Plus, I wouldn't have been able to stay in business since 1991 if I was ripping people off.
- Do you send hard copy of images?
Yes, but that will cost extra. As specified in this listing, all proofs and final submission is sent by email only. This keeps the costs down (no postage) and is faster.  If you want hard copies, please contact me for additional pricing.
- What if we don't like it - is there any refund?
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to be happy with your new design and will work with you to that end.  But due to the time involved in creating designs, I cannot offer any refunds.
- Is your service just limited to customers in the US?
No, I will accept orders anywhere in the world as long as your payment through Paypal is approved.  I may decline your order if payment through Paypal is questionable and an immediate refund will be issued.
