    Description

    Civil War 4.52” Heavy Canister Bottom Plate Recovered at The High Water Mark on The Gettysburg Battlefield by Gettysburg resident John Cullison. This was an early pick up and would eventually end up in the immense Rosensteel Collection of Gettysburg Artifacts. The plate has 4.25” diameter and is in solid relic condition. Large canister plates from the battlefield are non existent anymore. This one will come in the pictured wood and glass locking case for display. You won’t see another one of these offered anytime soon. It will also come with the original tag from the Gettysburg Military Dealer who originally sold it. A few dings and dents from being fired.
