    THE PIECE WAS FOUND WITHOUT THE SCREW-IN SPOUT.  IT SHOULD BE EASY ENOUGH TO FIND A REPLACEMENT TO SCREW BACK IN.  THERE IS SOME LEAD SPLATTER ON THE TOP.  AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS, THE SPRING STILL WORKS AND IT WILL OPEN & CLOSE WITHOUT ANY ISSUE.
    MEASURES 3 7/8 X 2 X 1 INCHES. THIS SIZE WOULD HAVE BEEN KEPT IN A POCKET OR IN A SHOT POUCH.
    GENERAL WEAR FROM AGE & USE.  GREAT PATINA.  A FEW DENTS / DINGS ON THE BACK.  AS I SAID, IT WAS FOUND WITHOUT THE SCREW-IN SPOUT.
