Special or Additional Equipment:  High Efficiency Air Conditioning, Fantastic Fan (Awesome), 5 cu. ft 3 way Refrigerator w Freezer Compartment, Built in Microwave, Extended Cabover, Range Cover with Fan and Light, TV w DVD with Swivel Arm so you can Watch in Bed or at Table.  The Stove top has 3 Propane burners one small one is not working, probably a simple knob fix.

Two items that we Added After the fact that are Totally Invaluable:  Stable Lift / Leveling System / Tie Down System - 3 Buttons to Raise the Camper - Drive Truck up and over base and under Camper!  3 Buttons to lower it onto your Truck.  When you arrive Repeat in Reverse takes 5 minutes and makes leveling so very simple.  The Tie Down System mounts to your Frame and Locks your Camper to your Truck (we never had them installed as we already had a tie down system in place) and are included so you Never need to put on turn buckles.  Great Great System just need to have them installed, what a time saver and so Stable and Safe.
Second was a Rear Camera for Backing up and stays on in the Cab while you are Driving.  When you arrive move camera to Camper so when you hear a noise outside look at the Camera with Night Vision.
Comes with sturdy Accordion Aluminum Steps with additional Railing which mounts to the stairs and camper which we added and has Rear Door Cover Awning
Has All the Original Paperwork Fits on a 6 1/2 ft Bed (Our Truck was a Dodge 2500 P/U)
It did have a Leak several years ago and as you can see in the Photo's of the Front you can see bubbling in front Wall.  We Resealed the Front Roof and Completely Corrected the problem.  We also put a Fan Cover over the Fantastic Fan so you can run it even when it is Raining.  All interior lights are Long Lasting Low Voltage LED Lights which were Very Expensive but takes little to no power from your Battery.  Battery and Charging System work well.  Dump Hoses, 30 amp Electrical Cord with wall plug adapter included and Cord with Plug to Truck Cable included.  We removed the Bathroom door (which is included if you want to re-install it) and replaced it with a curtain which for us was more efficient. Bath is a Wet Bath with Shower head that hooks to the faucet in the sink.  Hot water is by Propane only.  It is still winterized we did not put it on the Road this year and honestly that is why we are selling it.

We have Original Clear title from Ohio in our Name.
A/C works great!  No Leaks but did have a leak in the front several years ago and we sealed the front which fixed the problem (used 12" Rubberized RV Roofing Sealer and sealed around it).  All Lights work inside and out.  No soft spots in the Floor - Solid and Sturdy.  Sleeps 4 - Over cab bed 2 (Could fit 3 small folks) and two in dinning area as table turns into a bed.
Yes you can plug this into a regular house extension cord to run lights & fan & Refrigerator with an adapter which is included.  You can not run the A/C from the house plug in you need the 30amp hook up for that.
The water heater runs on propane only
Yes it has a water pump and tank to carry fresh water to pull from when you are not hooked up to water
